Can I add Redot Pay card to App Store?

Question in title. How can i do it? I get an error on my French account

Yes, you can add it. But you need to select the correct region — Singapore or Hong Kong (for old cards) in your Apple account settings in the App Store. You can check your card’s region by BIN (firs 6 numbers of card) using any BIN checker.
