What are RedotPay spending limits?
RedotPay's USD and HKD cards both allow up to $100,000 per transaction and $1,000,000 per day for purchases, with no cap on your balance.
What fees does RedotPay charge per transaction?
Spending in your card's default currency (USD or HKD) is free. Transactions in any other currency carry a 1.2% FX fee, and a 1% crypto-conversion fee applies to every purchase. Small transactions under $1 are free for the first 5 each month and $0.20 after that; declined transactions are free for the first 3 each month and $0.50 after that.
Does RedotPay support Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. RedotPay works with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and PayPal. You can add the virtual card to your mobile wallet as soon as it's issued and pay contactless in-store and online.
What are RedotPay ATM withdrawal fees and limits?
On the USD card, ATM withdrawals cost 2% up to $10,000 per month and 3% above that. The daily limit is $3,750 and the monthly limit is $50,000, with up to 3 withdrawals per day and 30 per month. In some countries the daily limit is $3,000 and the monthly limit is $10,000.
What crypto can I use with RedotPay?
RedotPay supports BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies, converting them to local fiat automatically at checkout. USDT can be deposited over the ERC20, TRC20, BSC, and ARB networks.
Can the virtual RedotPay card be used at ATMs?
No. The virtual card has no PIN, so it can't be used for cash withdrawals — you'll need the physical card ($100) for ATM access.
